Gwen LawsonNot all licensed agents are Realtors! I am part of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) (I was inducted in 2001 to the MA Association of Realtors). We are an elite organization of individuals who strive to better ourselves, our community, and the lives of others. What this means to you is that you are dealing with a professional who adheres to a strong code of ethics and as such I conduct myself accordingly.
I was licensed in 2001 and have been
hard at work connecting buyers and sellers together. Being a
licensed salesperson means that I am trained to understand local
(your town) and state laws I’m a local! I grew up in Wilmington, lived away at college in NH and then Lowell, moved back to the area and purchased my first home in Haverhill, then moved back to Wilmington after having my first son. I now have 2 sons, William and Colin. After college I worked in corporate sales for 8 years selling software and hardware for computer companies. I was responsible for an inside sales organization and revenue number of $5 million. This experience gave me great tools to use in selling Real Estate. My extensive experience with computers, marketing ad/print/internet campaigns, revenue obligations, negotiating contracts, and management training; means a great asset for you in assisting you to sell or buy a home. Being a Top Revenue Producer means that I don’t get paid until I sell your home, helping you achieve your goals is my #1 priority!
